Evolution of Federal Oil Pollution Research Planning

ABSTRACT This paper describes the evolution of Interagency Coordinating Committee on Oil Pollution Research (ICCOPR) and Technology Plan (R&T Plan) to address changing oil pollution risks associated with advancements in energy industry practices.
